Choffin Career & Technical Center is located at 200 East Wood St., Youngstown, OH 4450, just around the corner from Youngstown State University. From the West: Coming from the west on 680, get off on the 2nd Market Street exit, turn right onto Market Street, go through 5 traffic lights, and at the 5th light turn right onto East Wood Street straight into the parking lot. From the East/South: Coming from the east on 680, take the South Avenue exit and turn right onto South Avenue. continue on South Avenue then turn right onto Market Street and right onto East Wood Street. This will bring you into the parking lot. From the North: From Rt. 11 or Rt. 80 turn onto 193 South, and approximately 3 miles later curve left onto Belmont Avenue. Stay on Belmont for one mile, turn left onto Rayen Avenue, then right on Wick Avenue. Turn left onto Wood Street and Straight into the parking lot.
