Admissions Policy
Any adult may register for most classes regardless of previous background. There are no residential requirements. Since classes must be limited, registration must be conducted on a first come first serve basis. Some health-related courses may require a criminal background check and drug screening. Any Senior Citizens age sixty-five or older may register for any part-time class and receive a 10% discount on tuition. Customized training is available.

Download the registration form and Mail-In - Complete the form and mail it along with your payment for tuition to Choffin Career & Technical Center Adult Education, 200 E. Wood St., Youngstown, OH 44503.
Walk-In - First Floor, Monday-Friday from 7:45am to 3:45 p.m.
Phone-In - Call 330.744.8723 to register. VISA, MasterCard, or Purchase Order accepted.
